www.reddit.com/r/short/comments/6sdsnd/would_any_one_of_you_guys_think_you_would_be/ So in this one thread where the OP asked if anyone would hate being shorter, and he chimes in with "Yeah, like I've told the sub before, I had a helluva growth spurt. Don't get me wrong, I like being 5'1" more than I did 4'6", but I'd have been fine if I hadn't grown more. He acts like 4'6" wouldn't be a problem, and if he doesn't care that he grew why does he keep bringing it up in every thread? I have other threads where he responded very similarly, and he clearly is "proud" of it even though it was out of his control. www.reddit.com/r/short/comments/22tsik/this_has_been_bothering_me_and_i_need_to_get_it/ Also this thread where mike vented about how he feels bad about his height yet uses mental gymnastics in every comment to convince us all he doesn't give a damn. Heightism is obviously affecting him but yet he will dodge the issue 24/

It's telling that those two are almost carbon copies of one another. It's obvious that they both have the same end-game, which is to fiend for attention and praise with their pseudo-badass personas. Mike has always been wildly inconsistent and hypocritical in his opinions. Everyone knows that he's the imbecile who came-up with the theory that challenging heightism is what has made it intensify in the past several years, but he also makes statements like this "Not as long as we don't speak up as a group, and continue to stay quiet. Others lessened the bigotry thrown at them in less than a life time." https://www.reddit.com/r/short/comments/7ansba/why_is_it_that_every_single_thing_a_short_guy/dpbghiz/ So, which is it? Are people who address heightism responsible for heightism instead of heightists, or, is the fact that heightism has intensified the fault of short men for not addressing heightism? This is so egregiously hypocritical that it is a rare either/or scenario where it can't be both. This guy has absolutely no clue what he's doing. He's obviously a very troubled individual who acts like a know-it-all to cover his issues. As a bonus, he also makes easily-debunkable comments like this "It is called heightism, and is a bigoted stereotype created by the media in movies and television" www.reddit.com/user/mike5f4?count=25&after=t1_dpbyglsHe has this belief that in the past decade or so, the media created heightism, including the "overcompensating" myth. This theory can absolutely be destroyed by anyone who has a grasp of Heightism 101 because Napoleon was mocked for overcompensating in the early-1800s. Mike is like sixty years old and has the worldview of the typical pre-teen who still lives with their parents. It's a sad thing to see. You're right about Bikerbitch too. He admits that there is a definite advantage to being 5'1 over 4'6, but also makes it seem as though 4'6 was a walk in the park. Yeah, sure. Prince, who was one of the most talented people in the history of the world is taller than 4'6 and readily admitted that being his height is a tremendous disadvantage, but Bikerbitch wants us to believe that being 4'6 was the social equivalent of wearing a green shirt, but he doesn't stop there because he also admits that being 5'1 is much better than being 4'6. It's good that we document the mentalities exhibited by people such as these two clowns because if there are short people in the future who want to address heightism, they will be able to see the exact reason our cause never took hold.
