I'm not sure that begging for scraps and volunteering to be a whipping boy gets him the type of respect that he thinks it does. These scraps are probably the closest thing to respect he's ever gotten, but that doesn't mean the people who enjoy making this jester dance have the least bit of actual respect for him.

This is him too. He's engaging in typical Garmin behavior. They love to try to portray themselves as "cute" so that people will refrain from bullying them too much. They figure that if they act adorably enough, talls and women will see them as harmless, thus, won't feel the need to degrade them. This is obviously counterproductive, but you can't expect a Garmin to utilize productive life strategies.
