I saw this a few years back however it isn't that outdated, and there was at least some talk about the treatment short men get in society, looking up to people and the psychological effect and other factors of the like, but the 5'3" male interview was in a top managerial position, not comparable to most short men, and was being a bit of a garmin saying he didn't "let it bother him", and is very much coping and pretending he doesn't know how much heightism he actually faces.
He only really talks about it as an "insecurity" as we've heard a billion times and not entirely an issue with how society has treated the short men. I also love how they included interviews where women were completely shitting on short men but still making it into a huge just-world fallacy where everything evens out, and even have the physical embodiment of that mythical "confident" go-to short guy to "prove" a point. In short, it was all one huge confidence circle jerking fest where the real issues weren't talked about. It baffles me how extremely short men under 5'4" can have so much cognitive dissonance, it's bad enough when "regular" heighted short men are garmining it up and saying they never thought about their height, because we all know when a man is shorter than most women, heightism is the strongest.
