Like we've reported on this forum, height-shaming became customary during the last presidential election, and even other nations have prevalent heightism in their political sectors, such as the instance from another thread here where John Bercow's height is now being mocked to the point where people are now confronting him in public to voice their displeasure not only with Bercow's height, but all short men. Also, notice this quote from the article. Warren’s swipe at Bloomberg had also struck at Trump, though. “I’d like to talk about who we’re running against, a billionaire who calls women ‘fat broads’ and ‘horse-faced lesbians,’” the Massachusetts senator said at the debate. “And, no, I’m not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Mayor Bloomberg.” So, Warren doesn't want to hear the terms "fat broads and horse-faced lesbians," but she openly mocks short men. I think it's clear that heightism is a multi-national issue that knows no geographical or political boundaries, yet, we're constantly told that it's a figment of our imagination.

Seriously, guys. Listen to how maniacal that laughter was when Trump mocked Bloomberg. It was beyond mere laughter and sounded like borderline bloodlust. If ever there was a moment to shake short men out of their fog of complacency, this is it, yet, they'll still just sit on their hands, hide in the shadows, and gingerly peak their heads out once they feel it is safe to do so. All of those folks who uncontrollably howl when a short man is mocked live amongst the rest of us and they'll use any opportunity or excuse to exact vengeance out on us. They're on the left side of the aisle and they're on the right side of the aisle, and no one on either side cares to even utter a peep in our favor. Short men need to wake up and they need to do so fast.
And here's Geoff Arnold taking this opportunity to defend Trump https://www.reddit.com/r/short/comments/fbpj17/the_crowd_breaks_out_into_guttural_laughter_at/fj6f428 "You have to admit that he is the funniest President in American History. He’s basically the Mark Twain of Presidents."
Mark Twain was an absolute genius at calling-out status-quo groups and a brilliant wordsmith, so GA is sorely mistaken by comparing a babbling doofus like Trump to Mark Twain. I can't believe Geoff is willing to sacrifice any credibility he has left in-favor of shilling for a president who is using heightism as an integral part of his re-election strategy. Short men need guidance and they need support now, but Geoff's loyalty to Trump seems to supersede any loyalty he has to short men. If he wants to jockride Trump about every thing he does, fine, but when it comes to heightism, you'd think he could at-least offer some semblance of a retort.

That laughter sounded like an uprising of heightists banding together, not regular laughter, you weren’t kidding. It sounded completely Maniacal and like something out of a game of thrones chant. Notice Geoffs other comments in that thread, he was being a complete garmin and nothing like his old self. He even said “he’s done it to gays, Jews, and minorities”, but he of all people should know being black how much different it is. Geoff has implied he was 5’5” or less in past posts, so this is nothing more than him garmining it up by downplaying some of the worst heightism trump has to offer. He seems a big less well reasoned and a bit dickish compared to his old self, so this clearly is getting to his head and therefore is throwing fellow short men under the bus. Geoff really needs to lay-off the opioids and get his head out of trumps backside. I’m starting to hate that guy because of his two-faced, sellout behavior we’ve seen in that thread. One of his spiteful comments was framing short men as “acting like victims”. Complete horseshit.

Guys, Look at what Geoff said in this comment. I can't believe what I'm reading.
Meh. It completely depends how you frame the data and create a narrative. Throughout the history of man, people who were attracted to their same sex lead companies, countries, and communities. They were represented among the most celebrated creatives and emperors. But today, the narrative is that gay people are one of the most oppressed groups in all of history. That’s all in how the narrative is framed.
It’s very easy to make short people look like an oppressed group statistically if that’s the victim narrative you want to push. I’d like there to be an effort against heightism without doing that, but I guess that’s not how this works.
So he has a million pieces of evidence of short people being true victims of discrimination,, was the first to spam statistics of heightism, and now he’s talking about how short men should only talk about heightism if they don’t act like victims? What a fucking hypocrite! I would disregard everything else he says from now on, considering he just tone policed short men as hard as most people who half-assedly address heightism.

Geoffrey is one of Bikerbat's biggest supporters so I'm not surprised he's a garmin now. What's interesting is how he used to be one of the first to oppose the naturalistic fallacy. For example, he used to link studies about how indigenous people don't care about height, like the ones here: unsafeharbour.wordpress.com/2012/01/25/hadza-and-height-preference/It seems like when humans are in a more tribal and primitive state, they actually care less about height. And is it really a surprise? If we were to ask these tribes what "napoleon complex" is, those people would have no idea what we're talking about, and that alone would mean they would have much less hatred towards short men. Anyway, it's pretty strange how guys like GA or mike used to be anti-heightism, but now they are basically full uncle tom mode. Remember when Geoffrey used to call out the short guys who were desperate to come across as "one of the good ones"? Now he himself is just another short guy that's afraid to rock the boat.

Geoff acting that way was still a huge surprise, considering the man ran an entire tumblr page and was the go-to source for heightism just a couple of years ago, and everything he said in that thread makes him take the cake for worst transition into garmin. It's understandable why he would go into self-preservation mode a bit since it's very implied he's 5'6" max throughout his post history, not at this level though. He doesn't sound like 1% of his old self , calling trump one of the best president and dickriding the POTUS for his "jokes", even if Trump always looked good in his eyes he was never blinded by these politicians mocking short men and the media and didn't let it bleed into his posts. I guess his true colors were going to show at one point or another to some degree because of his Biker worship like you said, but you would expect it to be more subtle. His shift can clearly also be attributed to his history of Dick-riding Trump into the sunset, since he acknowledges how the left is just as or more heightist than the Right but doesn't think they're nearly as funny, but this is the first time he's ever borderline blown a load over him.

I think it's because being a Trump fanboy is cool and edgy, so Geoffrey has finally found a sense of belonging. As opposed to being on short men's side, where the left hates you because you're not truly oppressed like women/blacks/lgbt, and the right hates you because "lol u triggered bro?" Be a real man bro.
That's my armchair analysis anyway. Both the short male feminists, and the Trump sycophants, are just finally happy to belong to any group... Even if it means being in a subservient position, where they'd be reprimanded for talking the same way to everyone else. Whenever a short guy talks this much shit, either or both the left and right will label him with short man syndrome.

Being a Trump fanboy definitely is nothing out of the ordinary and is appealing to short male supporters and anyone who want to be "different", because they know they'll be part of a huge following. I strongly agree with the group dynamic, short male feminists know they're one slip of the tongue away from feeling the verbal reign of women if they even touch misandry, so they find their sense of belonging there.
Trump groupies want to be part of a "revolution" and identify with a president who gives them consistent false hope, but both spectrums will synergistically band together regardless of what oppressed group they belong to,and they obsess over PUA solutions for short men, even if they're short themselves because the right is not exempt from harboring meat-heads who follow the lift, eat, and "hold frame" template rather than saying the word heightism, but of course the left focuses on heightism..against women and when they want to shout toxic masculinity at the sun to totally absolve themselves.
From his recent past (2-3 years) you would think Geoff could find a sense of belonging here, but we knew he was never going to touch the register button to begin with.
