Holy God man! I do agree it's idiotic to walk around on your tiptoes and all of that nonsense, but that fool is seriously asking for strategies to placate the desires of people who hate us, instead of calling those people out for being hateful. This is a perfect example of a pathetic Garmin in his element.

Have to love the almost 5'8 guy doling-out nonsense advice too
"If you're walking down a street and happen to walk into a bigger man, don't go off on some territorial showdown or dash to the side submissively. Smile, give them a nod and let them pass. This shows that you are not intimidated by their presence and are confident enough to let your guard down."
It absolutely shows nothing about not being intimidated. If you go around smiling at talls who bump into you, they're going to see it as a threat because you're being dismissive about their superiority. I run into this scenario all the time, and even if I say "Excuse me," they will just keep walking without even acknowledging me. At most, they will just scowl and shake their head.. Just like with everything else, this isn't about our behavior, it's about their behavior. There's no right answer as far as what we should do other than call the tall man out on his behavior.

In other words, how to cater to the tall man who has the world at his feet. I love how they will rationalize anything to keep in line, these fools don't even deserve to be labeled spineless garmins. The 5'7 2 inches below average guy claiming good posture has nothing to do with looking taller. What would be the reason, increase longevity? Also the poster who lists his height as a joke height and uses back problems as a scapegoat for good posture being "more attractive". And the 5'8 guy (sorry almost 5'8) trying to speculate over what will make the tall man happy. What would make us happy is if you would stop worshipping the tall man just because his head is closer to the sky. And yes I know it has to do more with society and every sector of the media.
