I firmly believe we live in a society where short men are expected to brush off literally everything thrown our way.
I've seen cases where a tall cop uses excessive force on a short man and people laugh about it, whereas they would act appalled if it happened to a woman or minority.
I've seen videos where a tall guy could put his hands on a short guy, but if the short guy shoves back, he is lectured about short man syndrome. Of course, if a short guy is merely talking shit and a tall guy assaults him, everyone loves it.
I remember a video where Tom Cruise got water splashed in his face during an interview, and people expected him to take it. It made me wonder how society would react if a 5'0 guy sprays water into the face of a tall roided actor and the latter had a problem with it.
BUT NOW, our fellow short people are vying for a society where you could be a police officer, yet a random tall civilian putting his hands on you is just a harmless prank. I have seen it all folks. Knowing how garmins operate, if this "prank" had happened to a short female cop, I wonder whose side they'd take. Do they white knight for the woman, or submit to their tall overlords?
Let's also not forget to mention how often we see tall males acting like they own the world and rules don't apply to them. Society loves keeping short men's behavior in check by labeling us with a complex, but this is what happens when tall men receive none of the same.
