This short guy was in an elevator, and when he told the tall guys they were looking sharp, they pointed out his short height. He brushes it off as a neutral observation, when it's obviously a negative to be short. He was quite a garmin in this story, and he's deluded as hell to not realize they were insulting him. A lot of short guys like this one will delude themselves into reframing any negative comment as an observation.

Holy God man! That was 100% blatant, and this dandyprancer totally danced a jig with the mental gymnastics he used to protect his masters. They wouldn't even accept a compliment from a short man, they put him directly in his place by blatantly insulting him, and this pussy not only ignored the fact that he got insulted, but he thanked his masters for reaffirming his subservience. I think I'm going to move this to the Garmin forum because this is really a sickening display of full-Garminship. It seriously makes me queasy.

Here is the whole thread in case he deletes it.
His username is iamelroberto
"Walked into an elevator in my building and there were 5 guys dressed dapper as fuck. I said "wow you guys look dapper as fuck." One said "you're the shortest one here, I noticed you had to look up at everyone". I don't even think he was trying to be offensive. And I wasn't offended at all and just responded automatically "yea, you guys are all really tall." After I realized that many on this sub would have gotten offended by that and accused the person of heightism when the guy was probably just making an astute observation as I had to them. Just wanted to offer you guys an alternative perspective (at least those with a perpetually negative one)."

At least he got blown apart in the comments. Too bad this was 2 years ago, I bet that subreddit would side with him nowadays.
Either way, somebody has got to be a complete retard to think this society doesn't view shortness as a negative. I wish it was just a plain descriptor but it's not.

At least he got blown apart in the comments. Too bad this was 2 years ago, I bet that subreddit would side with him nowadays. Either way, somebody has got to be a complete retard to think this society doesn't view shortness as a negative. I wish it was just a plain descriptor but it's not. I was thinking the same thing about how he probably would've been applauded for his behavior now. They don't care about attacking heightism anymore; They've convinced themselves that incels and 5'8 guys are the enemy. He made himself look increasingly idiotic the more he denied that "short" is a negative descriptor, especially when he still argued that when it was pointed-out multiple times that his compliment got returned with something that can only be interpreted as an insult. The poor doofusboat was married to his explanation of "You can only be insulted if you take it as an insult." What a bunch of clown logic. The mentality of a delusional Garmin does not change the fact that the people who blatantly insulted him were not being complimentary. I can't believe the nonsensical beliefs some of these beaten short men carry around.
