But of course, one of the main resident goobers, frygarmin, takes the cake "You know what's hot? Asking a female grocery employee to pick something off the top shelf while emanating a vibe that says, "you're the best thank you ^_^ " I don't think you know how hot it is when women feel that type of confident, yet vulnerable energy." https://www.reddit.com/r/short/comments/6h7zv4/youre_delusional_if_you_dont_think_height_matters/diwm6oa/ GUISSSEEEE...."VULNERABLE ENERGY" IS DA NEW KAWWWWWNNNNFOOODINZZZZ....YIPPETY SKIPPETY. Clearly, this guy has not spent more than a collective two hours with women if he thinks that he's going to be a pussy slayer by reeking of "vulnerable energy" by asking women to get things off of shelves for him. While he's at it, he might as well just ask them to tie his shoes and give him a juice box. As any short person knows, the top shelves nonsense is one of the number one ways tallers mock us for not being able to do things that supposed "real adults" can do. By catering to the desire to keep it about top shelves, fitting in clothes hampers, and other trivial ifantilized nonsense, we play right into the hands of those who want to portray us as childlike simpletons. However, Frysgarmin takes it to a whole level with his nonsense about picking-up tall women by asking for their help with tall shelves. Every one of those so-called Casanovas on r/short are completely transparent and only a fool would buy their silly ladies man personas.

They now convince themselves women are aroused by vulnerable men?! You hit the nail on the head Joe, unless a woman is into dominatrix shit, this kind of behavior makes them less attracted.
More importantly, society will continue with these trite "jokes" (aka mockery) of the short, because these clowns encourage it themselves. Ever since that frys guy posted his "if short men were better people, heightism in dating would be almost gone" spiel, he's been on top of my hit list for that sub. Fucking hate this Uncle Tom more than mike and bikerbats and the rest of them. Title of head Garmin belongs to him.

Fucking hate this Uncle Tom more than mike and bikerbats and the rest of them. Title of head Garmin belongs to him. I agree that Fry possesses more qualities that adhere to the definition of Garmin than the other two goobers. All three are wannabe Casanovas, but fry seems to want to jump-up and click his heels for tallers more than the other two. Bikerbats is more of a little tough guy who wants everyone to believe that he has never experienced heightism, even though he's 5'1. I think his aim is to play a role where he's so tough that no one would ever dare mention his height or discriminate against him. Mike is so prevalent on my hitlist because he actively works against anti-heightism efforts, so that makes him Garminesque by default, but fry is more overtly-Garmin. Mike's bread-and-butter tends to be playing all sides of the insecurity coin by portraying the image of being a little tough guy, a Casanova, an inspiration to all short men(while sadly having no life success) while also white knighting. He's too socially-inept to understand that even the young women he's trying to impress can see through his act of trying to be a badass and a white knight simultaneously. Mike's efforts aren't even related to tallers or heightism for that matter; His efforts tend to stem from his own insecurities, lack of social and career success, and his desire to feel like an alpha at least once in his life. Fry is pretty much cartoonish in his overfluffed worldview, but he dips into full-on Garminism with his constant blame shifting idiocy.

The only thing I can comment on are the mid-life-crisis MILFs that are momentarily into younger looking guys and often act motherly around them to feel some sort of "fix." I've experienced this myself when I was 19, and mind you I'm 5'5'' so not very tall. What is unfortunate is that this phase in women's lives is often short lived, and begins in their mid-40s, not to mention they still have the nature-produced desire for a big strong protector at the end of the day, so while playing "Mommy" to a short, young looking man is fun for them for a little while, they get over it and go back to their status quo. I've experienced this several times, but most notably when I was 19 with a recently divorced woman in her 40s. And of course, not EVERY woman goes through this phase.
In any case, this garmin is out of his skull. A woman especially your own age or god forbid younger isn't going to be attracted to you for what you CAN'T DO by yourself.
EDIT: And when I was 19, I was also very thin and hairless, so I looked 16, so the whole "motherly affectionate" phase made a little more sense. I wasn't a supermodel machismo at 19.
